Lea was destined to create this Academy so you can feel what its like to be empowered in your life!

Nearly 20 years ago I was in a cross roads of life. Recently divorced, a single mom, and living in a new town. I felt hidden, isolated, and stuck. I wanted more for this life. I knew I was destined for greatness, but what kind of great?

I didn't need therapy. I needed someone who understood me. Self-help books, podcasts and inspirational conferences were not helpful.

I knew I need to make a change, but all the traditional methods of support weren't working. I decided I would not give up until I had a solution. I worked hard, systematically finding tools that helped me to create a beautiful life doing EXACTLY what I wanted!

Over the years I have combined and refined my training tools, added high-level executive coaching, leadership principles and transformational exercises to find massive breakthroughs for my clients personally and massive momentum for them in their business.

Today, I share this full-proof methodology for helping others get unstuck and find their true purpose in life. I help people elevate their thinking, explode their possibilities, and break through limiting beliefs and inner critic thoughts changing their lives forever!

Can I get the support I need in Group Coaching?

YES! Lea keeps the group-coaching cohorts to under 5-6 members. She wants the greatest experience with a high touch and coaching rate as possible. She recognizes that your time is valuable, but your experience is life changing.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes! Of course we recognize that spreading out the payments makes it easier to fit into your budget, which is why she has offered a 3 easy payment plan billed monthly. It's an auto-pay, charged directly to the card on file.

Is there a separate time for the trainings?

Nope! Lea has pre-recorded all the trainings so you can watch on your schedule. They are easy to access inside the Academy Platform. She recognizes that attending a second zoom call in the week is the last thing you need.

What if I have to miss a coaching session?

Lea will record all of the group-coaching sessions for anyone who missed the week due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have questions, we can catch up during the next coaching call.

How long do I have access to the Academy?

You will have lifetime member access to my online Live Your Life by Design Academy as long as your program is paid in full. That includes any Bonus Modules that were offered as part of your package!

What is the Time Commitment?

For Group Coaching Academy, we will meet every other week on the same day and time we all agree upon. You will want to set aside about 1 hour a week for the Academy. 30-50 minutes inside the Online Training Platform, and 90 minutes for your Group Coaching Call. If you are doing Private 1:1 Coaching, your sessions are 60 minutes.

What if I have to miss a coaching session?

Lea will record all of the group-coaching sessions for anyone who missed the week due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have questions, we can catch up during the next coaching call.

How long do I have access to the Academy?

You will have lifetime member access to my online Live Your Life by Design Academy as long as your program is paid in full. That includes any Bonus Modules that were offered as part of your package!

What is the Time Commitment?

You will want to set aside about 2 hours a week for the Academy. 30 minutes inside the Online Platform, and 90 minutes for your Group Coaching Call. If you are doing Private 1:1 coaching, your sessions are 60 minutes.
